If you try this recipe and the results come out perfect, be sure that you will enjoy one of the most delicious meals. However, some cooks will give you their recipes and all of them have their way of cooking. You can try all the recipes at your own time to see the difference. This recipe requires you to marinate and bake the chicken. The spice that is used is called gochujang that hails from Korea.

This recipe will give you the chicken that you want. It involves using a mixture of gochujang, which is a spicy Korean origin red pepper paste. This paste is mixed with pomegranate molasses that add flavor to the chicken. The chicken thus develops a unique taste and sticky sweetness. You can use other flavors like fresh ginger, honey, and vinegar to make the chicken have a balanced sweetness.

The chicken is prepared for fifteen minutes and cooks for thirty-five minutes. The ingredients you need include one tablespoon of grated fresh ginger, two tablespoons of the Korean red pepper, pomegranate molasses, honey, umeboshi plum vinegar, chicken that has been cut to pieces, paprika, toasted sesame seeds, roasted and salted cashews, pepper and salt to taste. With the above ingredients, you will have your ideal baked chicken.

The next step is preparing the marinade. Mix the red pepper, ginger, vinegar and pomegranate molasses in a bowl until you form a smooth paste. Then, taste the seasoning and adjust it to your taste. After that, scoop about a third of the marinade and put it in a separate bowl for basting.

Put the three-thirds of the paste into a plastic bag that is spacious. Ensure that the bag has a zip. Then, add the pieces of meat into the plastic bag zip and shake to mix. Shaking will allow the marinade to coat the chicken. Leave the meat in the bag for thirty minutes to marinate thoroughly.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray the baking sheets using canola oil or the cooking spray of your choice. Then, place the chicken pieces on the sheets evenly to allow them to get maximum heat. Leave them to bake for thirty minutes until the outer layer becomes crispy.

Make sure that you remember to flip the wings halfway through your baking. Use tongs to avoid burning your fingers. After flipping the pieces, apply the remaining one-third of the marinade. After you are sure that the meat is fully cooked, put it on a tray and sprinkle it with the sesame seeds, paprika, and cashews.
