The most important basic need of man is food. Without this, a human being will not survive. Early civilization relied on fruits and vegetation as well as meat from animals. Few tools such as mortar and pestle were used to crush and grind grains into fine particles. The whole procedure alone produces flour which is the basic element of dough.

The innovation of huge source of the facility where grains were grounded into flour became the starting point of flour mass production. The creation of windmills became an aid for the production of flour with the help of further application of functions made by this breakthrough in farming technology happened in the early civilization.

In contemporary life, baking bread is the result of varying technologies. Large flour mills convert the cereal grains into flour. This is done with the use of modern equipment, processes, and procedures. Producing flour out of grain cereals is now fully automated and mechanized and this has resulted in the reduction of the price of flour.

Having the main ingredient in the form of flour, the modern man became very creative in production of food items from this. With the aid of fire, the production of it became a no brainer. Ovens in older times were just makeshift and relied on coal and wood to produce the desired heat to bake. In contrast, modern ovens that are fired up with fossil fuel or gas are now the norm.

Each person has his own delectable taste about something that is orally ingested like food. Looking at history, the main staple of great civilization relied on it for the subsistence of population. This is so true even in modern time as most cultures in different areas of the world still rely on bread. This particular item by itself contributes much to the food and beverage industry.

Civilizations have its ups and downs due to this good. One common behavior that affects the productivity of bread is hoarding. It definitely creates worries since prices of bread surely increase and give a threat of short supply. It is known to many that food is the basic food and need. But fret no more for the higher officials are on the guard for the supplies of sustenance.
