To prepare this delicious treat you need around a pound of sharp flour, 125 grams of fresh butter, two to three deciliters of milk, two small spoons of sugar, one teaspoon of dry yeast, one small spoonful of salt and a pack of minced cinnamon and two additional tablespoons of sugar, as well as butter for greasing your dough and baking sheet.

Simply combine melted butter, sugar milk, a little bit of flour and dry yeast and let it rise for a while. Of course, in a warm place. After that, add more flour and salt, adding flour little by little to form a soft, but not too soft dough. Beat it nicely and this is it. The dough is done, now you just have to wait until it rises.

The dough should rest until its volume is at least doubled. Then, you should roll it out in a square. Sprinkle the surface with a generous amount of melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll it into a nice roll, remove irregular sides and slice 2-3 centimeter wide pieces. Place each piece on its side on the baking sheet, previously sprinkled with melted butter.

Leave the dough to rise again. During this time, warm the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the cinnamon rolls until they become golden and crunchy. Take it out of the oven and prepare the dressing. For this, you will need cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter. The butter needs to be softened first, and you should keep it at room temperature.

Mix the same amount of softened butter and powdered sugar, add the same amount of cream cheese and continue mixing. If necessary, you can add a spoonful of sweet cream to that mix. You need to get smooth and light cream that can be poured over your tasty rolls. If it is too thick, add more cream to it. If you want it to be sweeter, add equal amounts of sugar and cream.

So, when you pour the frosting on, you are finally ready to eat these lovely delicacies. They are so good while warm, and also good while cold. They can be frozen as well, and served when you feel like it. If you plan to freeze them, do not pour the frosting on them, do it after you warm them up in your microwave, or in the oven. Serve anytime and in any occasion and enjoy.
