Mostly, people start with coffee, snacks, fruits and similarly light meals before progressing to heavier meals. The meal is concluded by taking desert or similar meals.

The value of the meal is often improved by analyzing each food item for nutritional content. After eating, most people feel so often. Some often forego all meals for the rest of the day.
