The sweet that it gives can make human brain active which is the reason why most of the students eat chocolates before their major examinations. You read it totally right. The are called champagne truffles. It is a soft candy that is composed of chocolates with champagne. The main ingredient is the chocolate. You can actually purchase this one in any grocery. The quantity depends on how many are you planning to make. You just have to estimate if it would be enough for your quantity. You can even start with 8 ounces.

The other ingredients will be whipping cream, sugar, and of course the champagne. Some recipes require some other ingredients like corn syrup, butter, and even milk chocolate. You just need to be creative in having your own ingredients. You can even add nuts if you want to.

After preparing all the thing needed, the first thing that you should do is to do the chocolate mixture. This mixture will be done by combining the chocolate with champagne, cream, butter and other ingredients except the sugar. You have to mix them will until steaming. The mixture is already well done, place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that it will chill.

Since you already have made the chocolate mixture, it is time to do the truffles. This is very easy. You just have to form the chilled mixture into balls using an ice cream scoop. The balls should be rolled in the spread of sugar. After having the balls rolled with sugar, refrigerate it until 30-35 minutes.

Your truffles are now ready. Have a taste and access yourself. Was it very tasty. Did you achieve your goal taste. If yes, that is extremely great, but is not, do not be sad.
