It is time to add the unsalted butter to the mixture. Just continue stirring until the butter has melted. Then, turn the heat off and remove the pan. If you are going to serve it afterward, you can go ahead and shape it. You may choose chill it on the fridge.

When shaping the ganache, you just need to scoop out small amounts. Shape them into balls. Use your hands to roll them into a rounded shape. Use the cocoa powder that you have prepared to get the rounded ganache properly coated. Serve it afterward or chill it in the refrigerator prior to serving.

When making these desserts at home, always remember that you need to get the right ingredients for this purpose. Lean more on the dark ones, this means that they have more choco content than sugar, avoid cheap brands as they only end up containing too much sugar that the resulting mixture becomes grainy.
