I think that there is a lot to be considered when it comes to extra virgin olive oil. It is apparent that the health properties are going to be looked into but what about the way in which it is processed? Of course, this has to be done with a certain level of care set in place but what if I were to tell you that there was more to consider about this level of creation? For those who do not know, the more traditional process that was used to create extra virgin olive oil in the past was known as the pressure method. This involved the utilization of a large cylindrical stone in order to press the oil from the olives. Very few can argue with the idea that this particular type of oil is one of the best in terms of health.
