You need to chop and fry a few onions on a little bit of virgin olive oil, add two cloves of garlic, sea salt and tomatoes, fresh or canned, together with your Ghosts. You should simmer it for maybe half an hour. Add your favorite spices, such as coriander, and enjoy your incredibly hot meals.
