By Nicky Morris

Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, has made her name with her sultry looks and stunning figure, as she graced the catwalks for Victoria's Secret. And just a few months after giving birth to her baby boy Flynn, she was back modelling with style.

It's no surprise that a successful lingerie model would have developed an enthusiastic passion for healthy eating.

Miranda opts for mostly a vegetarian diet, one that's made up of lots of fresh, organic vegetables, fruits and super foods. These are also foods that naturally have a low-glycemic index, making sure that her blood sugar levels are stable throughout the day.

During her pregnancy with Flynn, Miranda's weight increased, she put on around 30 - 40lbs.

After Flynn was borne, to get back into shape and help lose the pregnancy weight, Miranda dives into a breakfast of super foods, which are full of vitamins, minerals and important nutrients. First up is a glass of freshly pressed organic vegetable juices, made with organic beets, spinach, kale and cucumber, mixed with a freshly squeezed lemon.

She follows this with a super food smoothie made with protein powder, maca powder, chia seeds, bee pollen, goji berries, raw cacao nibs, noni juice and coconut water.

This super food breakfast is a really powerful mix of vitamins, minerals, proteins, fibre, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids. It's a great way to give the skin that rude, healthy glow, as well as filling you full of energy so you'll charge through the day, whether it's changing nappies or modeling a photo shoot.

When it comes to lunch, Miranda could well catch herself tossing a spinach and olive salad together, perhaps with some avocado and feta, or with a little sweet potato. In the evening, dinner may be a lentil soup with chicken.

Besides sticking to such a healthy diet, Miranda exercises daily. An expert in yoga, having practiced it for over 10 years, and while pregnant continued with a special form of prenatal yoga. Since giving birth, Pilates is a new addition to the fitness routine. Five sessions a week Miranda jogs as well as using resistance bands and leg weights to keep toned

Keeping to this daily routine of super foods and exercise, Miranda is able to enjoy the best of both worlds, being a mum and supermodel with a stunning figure.
